On August 25 and 26 there will be introductory lectures to CCA and related areas. Here is the program. You do not need to make registration if you will attend only satellite seminars.

The afternoon of 29th. Please enjoy the atmosphere of Kyoto, after listening to so many conference talks.
On 29th, from 17:00. You will have a chance to come in touch with Japanese culture. After the end of the conference, we will visit Ikebana Misho-Ryu Sasaoka school Misho-Kaikan. You can learn Ikebana, Japanese flower arrangement, in a Japanese traditional house with a large garden. Japanese green tea is also served in the house. It will cost around 3000 yen. For the preparation, please help us by indicating your interest in Ikebana at registration. However, you can change your mind any time until August 25.
The conference is held in the Building of Graduate School of Human and Environmental Studies (marked "42" on page 3 of this campus map), which is on the Yoshida South Campus of Kyoto University. Please look at this map.

Please make registration before August 2, following the instruction here . The registration fee is 7000 yen (exchange rates). It includes expenses for conference dinner on 27th, reception on 26th, and beverages. It will be collected at the conference with yen in cash. Conference dinner and reception for an accompanied person is 5,000 yen.
